Mobile Nail Spa Policies
An $80 minimum for individual services, advanced booking and deposit are required.
Policies: When booking mobile services, advanced booking and a non refundable deposit is required to reserve all dates/times and begin the complete spa party set up planning process. We encourage you to reserve your event 2 to 3 weeks in advance, and during the summer months, 3 to 4 weeks. If you already have a date picked out we highly suggest that you reserve it ASAP. We will strive to accommodate your spa party schedule request. The deposit will be 50 % of the total cost of the service plus a $15 to $25 gas surcharge, and $10 for travel. All deposits are final. We accept credit cards and debit cards for the deposit, which is kept confidential and secure. To ensure availability in planning your spa party, we appreciate greatly if you provide us with the final head count up front. For the Bridal, Spa Parties and Corporate Events , the final payment is due one to two weeks prior to your event based on group size and your final head count. Amount is based upon your final head count. However, the security deposit is forfeited for cancellations. During bad weather conditions, which require Labella to cancel, we will promptly reschedule your service to the best of our ability. The gas surcharge is included with gift certificate purchases. If you are staying in a hotel or a hospital their parking fees will be applied to the payment amount. For special after hour bookings, we charge an additional $50. For last minute guest additions, we require credit card or debit card payment on arrival. If payment isn't made up front we will not be able to service those additional guests.
Late Fees: Labella Mobile Nail Spa charges late fees for late arrivals or for members of a group. These fees go into affect after a nail tech waits idle for more than 5 minutes. The fee is $1.50 a minute.
Cancellation policy: At Labella Mobile Nail Spa, we understand that things come up and you may need to cancel, if so, please let us know within 24 hours of your appointment to receive 50% of your deposit. If you cancel the day of your appointment you will be charged 50% of your services or the full cost of your appointment.
No Refunds: All deposits are forfeited. All payments for bookings are final and that there will be no refunds.
We are delighted to serve customers after hours, however there will be additional fee's, please inquire within.
