They have converted the homes basement into a relaxing spa enviroment. (Negative - the actual door to the spa was around the back of the home, it was snowing, and unshoveled path, made it uninviting). I really enjoyed the facial itself, however, when I made the appointment for both me and my best friend to have facials (at the same time) that's what I assumed we would be getting, but when we arrived, we found out that we would both have to wait while the other received services. The person that made our appointment should have told us that she could not accomodate both facials at the same time. My friend and I both agree that the facial itself was great, relaxing, and renewing. During both of our waiting period though we were not attended to, the furnace would kick on and make us jump, and periodically we could hear music from upstairs, which broke the relaxing enviroment that they had tried to establish in the area of the actual spa.
